i hate mistake...
but i often make mistake..
especially in such an important documents..haiz...
feel like killing myself when i 1st realize tat stupid n silly mistake...
filling wrong detail in wrong column..how can i make such a mistake??
i think shud be blur-ing early in the morning...haiz...

as i go and ask the ppl incharge..she said...
